How to Activate UAN Status by UAN Member Portal

UAN member portal is established to check the present condition of PF balance. UAN login is necessary to open the EPF member portal. UAN number itself is the user id to open the EPFO member portal.
UAN no is a unique code or user id given to every EPF holder. UAN no is offered to every PF holder. To open the UAN member portal every EPF holder must have UAN no. Only after successful UAN login member can trace the history of EPF balance. If you don’t have UAN no you can still activate your UAN no or check the UAN status through under mentioned processes.

How to Activate UAN Number

If you have still not registered or activated UAN no, you can activate it through UAN member portal.
Here are the steps to activate UAN no.
·       First of all visit to UAN or EPFO registered site https://uanmembers.epfoservices.in.
·       Now click on Know Your UAN link or UAN status link.
·       Now choose The PF office region and state.
·       Now enter the establishment code and extension code.
·       If you don’t know extension number, please leave that column.
·       Now again click on the Check UAN status button.
·       Here you will be informed that your UAN login no is allotted to you or not.
·       If it is not allotted you can generate your request for UAN no.

How to Generate UAN no through SMS

·       First you need to click on the Activate your UAN link.
·       Now type your name, date of birth and mobile number.
·       Now enter the captcha images and password shown in the page.
·       Immediately after that click on GET PIN option.
·       You will send PIN no in your register mobile number through SMS.
·       Write it down on the page required.
·       Now click on submit button.
